Remember: You will need to allow 5 working days from your test to your result being available.
To be able to view results yourself in your patient record, login or register for online access. As soon as the results are added to your record you will be able to view them, this may mean that sometimes you see your results before your GP/clinician has been able to review them.
Please note that when booking appointments you will be asked to give a brief description of the reason you wish to have an appointment. You are asked for this information so that you can be directed towards the most appropriate service which could include advance or urgent appointments with a GP, Advanced Practitioner, Practice Nurse or Health Care assistant. A telephone call from the GP may be appropriate or a visit to see your local pharmacist.
Services are also available via our website to consult with a GP via the e-consult service and once you have signed up at the surgery you can also access your own medical record for the purpose of reordering regular prescriptions and to book appointments – subject to availability.
The NHS 111 emergency telephone consultation service is also available.
